  I had to have my mother in law take my daughter for her appointment because I had to work. As I was reading her patient summary it had a ton of diagnosis on it that the doctor had never discussed with me. Well after looking closer at the paper work I realized it belonged to another patient and the prescription was also not hers. Looks like whoever took the papers off the printer just hand3d over everything without checking names. I am a nurse and understand we get busy, but this is someone's personal information. When I called to let them know the next day I was told to just shred the other 2 patients papers like it was no big deal. My daughter's prescription wasn't even signed so basically the appointment was a waste of time. The doctor seems to be amazing but front office needs to be more careful. The wait time is also very long (about 2 hours).
